London and Huron Railway
Application will be made to Parliment at its next sitting, for power to construct a Railway from London to some port on Lake Huron. As Goderich would seem to offer some advantages, we should be glad to know how the enterprising people of that section view the proposal, and what assistance would be likely to be offered them. Such a line of Railway would be of infinite benefit to both places, as well as to the fertile country through which it would pass. Surely Huron and Middlesex, Goderich and London, can set the thing afloat and ensure its completion. What say you gentlemaen of Huron? London Free Press.
