I enclose herewith a description and plan of a portion of Lot 24 on the front concession of the Township of Moore which we have agreed to purchase from one Michael Donohue for railway purposes, and shall be obliged if you will prepare and send me a release of the same from your mortgage registered number 15476, dated 18th and regestered 19th November, 1902.
Mr. Donohue tells me that he has written you about this already and at his request I enclose you my cheqye for $37.15 being the purchase money with bank charges added.
I shall be obliged if you will send me the release at your earliest convenience. An ordinary partial discharge of the mortgage will be sufficient.
