This train station is supposed to be restored. The station is a former station of Erie and Huron, Pere Marquette and C&O Railways. I have no information on the status of this station. Oil Springs train station was moved to it’s present location at the Oil museum at Oil Springs It is a former Canada Southern, New York Central, Michigan Central station.
The Mooretown station was originally located along the present day CSX line that runs along the river through from Lake Erie to Sarnia. The station is now located at the Moore Museum along with a Canadian National Caboose and a C&O speeder. This station was a Pere Marquette station for about forty five years before [...]
